I have been working with Harsha as my therapist for about two months now and throughout this time a few things have stood out to me about her. First, she is quite a good listener and has been very patient with me in our sessions. She has enabled me to articulate and gain clarity about some of my negative patterns and mindsets and helped me come up with strategies to cope with them. Harsha balances this empathy with necessary constructive feedback that has made this process even more productive. As result, I feel happier, more confident and have developed a better grip of my thoughts and my emotions.
